SMS Terms & Conditions

Scale Payments sends text messages to business owners who text one of our business phone numbers, usually in reply to a missed call from us. Messages are about our card-processing program (dual pricing, terminals, payment links) and scheduling a short in-person visit with a Scale Payments representative. We reply to messages you send us; we do not start text conversations on our own. Some replies may be generated by Nina, our virtual assistant.

You opt in by texting our business number first. Your first text to us is your consent to receive replies at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation; typically a few messages per conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also call us at 718-702-0186 or email info@scalepayments.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and the content of your messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
